I.    OVERVIEW OF AGITATORS AND MIXER
In processing and manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, paint, printing ink, chemicals, etc., agitators and mixers are core and indispensable equipment that help finalize the products businesses provide.
Depending on the viscosity range and the tank volume of the raw materials, there are various types of agitators and mixers with different power capacities and speeds.
Typically, viscosity is categorized into the following groups:
•    Low-viscosity / Liquid group: Water, diluted chemicals, soft drinks, wine, etc.
    For this group, direct-drive agitators/mixers (without a reduction gearbox) are used.
•    Low-to-medium viscosity group: Cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, milk, lubricants, sauces, etc.
•    High-viscosity group: Liquid paint, body cream, cosmetics, chili sauce, gels, etc., which require high shear force.
•    Ultra-high viscosity / Paste group: Adhesives, asphalt, grease, heavy paste, toothpaste, etc.
    For the remaining three groups, agitators and mixers must be fitted with a reduction gearbox or use a gear motor.

I. TP039-CV MOTOR FOR SMALL AGITATORS & MIXERS

Driven by a continuous spirit of learning, exploration, and research, alongside our existing equipment capabilities, CVC has launched the TP039-CV motor designed for small-capacity agitators and mixers.
It can operate via direct drive (without a reduction gearbox) for low-viscosity / liquid-state materials, suitable for tank volumes up to 500 liters.

(CVC can customize the shaft according to customer requirements: threaded or non-threaded shaft).

For this product line, our company offers 3 sizes and configurations, depending on customer design and specific requirements.
With these configurations, we can design the electrical specifications as follows:
•    Power output: Up to 750 Watts
•    Speed: 700 – 3000 rpm
All motors are designed for small-scale agitators and mixers—stirring and mixing liquid or low-viscosity substances for tank volumes ranging from 100 to 500 liters, operating directly without a reduction gearbox.

PULLEY-DRIVEN AGITATORS & MIXERS – USING BELT DRIVE
In addition to direct-drive agitators and mixers, there are also indirect-drive agitators and mixers—commonly known as pulley-driven agitators and mixers (using a belt drive).
Depending on the customer's setup, the motor can be combined with pulleys and belts to achieve the desired speed.
They are typically used for medium to high-viscosity groups, such as oil-based paint, water-based paint, printing ink, cosmetics, shampoo, body wash, and medium-liquid creams.
This is the most common viscosity range for this line of equipment. Combining a belt with pulleys of different sizes reduces rotational speed and significantly increases torque.

In addition to agitators and mixers, this motor can also be used for small duct fans / inline tube fans.

For duct fan applications, we can design the motor to fit various blade sizes ranging from 200 mm – 250 mm – 300 mm – 350 mm, and up to 500 mm.
